Job Description

My client is a fast-growing tech/SaaS business headquartered in the UK (London).

Reporting directly into the General Counsel, this role offers a real chance to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment that truly believes in accelerating your learning and facilitating personal growth and development. The business is growing and developing, and as such, their client portfolio is expanding!

About you

  • The GC must have someone who has a commercial contracts background and is comfortable drafting and advising the business and working with big-name clients.
  • You may be in private practice in a TMT team doing commercial work now and yearn to be in-house in the thick of it leading on negotiations.
  • While the business is Tech/SaaS and coming from a technology environment would be helpful, you don’t need to be an expert but you do need to have a genuine interest in tech and the industry.
  • You will relish being in a front-facing role where you are managing high-level negotiations with B2B clients and big brand names.
  • You will thrive working closely with your internal stakeholders alongside high-performing sales teams and senior management.
  • The role will be broad and varied with an international angle.

Office working/hybrid:

The business is based near Liverpool Street and offers good hybrid working options, with great benefits like summer working hours and a ‘work anywhere’ policy!

Interview process:

There will be three stages which will move fairly quickly. The GC hopes to make an offer by September.
