Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Automotive Customer Service Advisor with previous experience to join their ever expanding business. Whats on offer to Service Advisors: * Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm * Saturdays on a rota basis * Hourly rate from £12.91 per hour plus bonus up to £42,500 OTE * Fantastic Company benefits. * Progression opportunity potentially available for the right candidate * Full Time/Permanent * 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) * Vehicle purchase scheme (available after completion of probhation) * Pension Scheme & Life Assurance * Discount on Service, Bodyshop and Parts Key Tasks of a Service Advisor: * Meeting and greeting customers to a 5* customer service. * Answering the telephone & dealing with customer enquiries. * Liaising with the technical workshop to keep track of the vehicles’ progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready for the time that the customer requested. * Keeping the customer updated throughout the time the car is with us. * Managing service bookings walk-ins and recoveries. * Keeping updated with product knowledge. * Creating job packs and other admin duties. * Invoicing customers and taking payments. Requirement of a Service Advisor * 3+ years of Automotive Customer Service Advisor experience required as a minimum * Must have full driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points * Experience in up selling products is beneficial but not essential * Must have a excellent understanding ot Microsoft and Outlook packages * Customer skills must be to a high standard and able to deal and manage difficult situations when requied If you feel like you match the above criteria and would like to join a well-established team, we would love to hear from you
