This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions, advising a diverse client base including private equity sponsors, corporates, banks, and funds. You’ll be part of a collaborative and ambitious team with a strong reputation in corporate and leveraged finance, real estate finance, and debt capital markets. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a broad range of banking transactions, primarily in corporate and leveraged finance Advise clients on M&A, refinancing, asset-based lending, and debt capital markets Collaborate with internal teams across Corporate, Tax, Restructuring, and Private Equity Participate in business development and client relationship initiatives Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing About You UK qualified solicitor with 4 years’ PQE in Banking & Finance Strong experience in corporate debt and leveraged finance Commercially minded with excellent client management skills A team player who thrives in a non-hierarchical, collaborative environment Motivated to contribute to business development and wider firm initiatives Why Apply?
