Job Description

Join us as a Training Administrator at Serco, supporting the development of our team at HMP Fosse Way (LE18 4WS).

Salary: £23,000 – £30,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go‑to support for the Training Lead and Tutors, ensuring staff development is planned and delivered seamlessly.
  • Manage training data, attendance records, and evaluation metrics to keep our learning on track.
  • Coordinate events, workshops, and key training initiatives.
  • Provide accurate reports, presentations, and insights to drive improvements.
  • Play a key role in recruitment by supporting assessment days, engaging with candidates, and assisting onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Proven administrative experience and strong data analysis skills.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); LMS experience is a bonus.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time‑management abilities.
  • A team player with resilience, professionalism, and a "one team" mindset.
  • Someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem‑solving, and is keen to grow and develop.
