Overview

Are you interested in starting a career in project management? Our Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship will give you the chance to gain hands‑on project experience, achieve a nationally recognised qualification, and play a part in delivering projects that make a real difference to the people of Wales. You will work as part of a supportive and positive Portfolio Management Office, committed to creating a great, inclusive and positive work environment to support you to develop your knowledge, experience and skills. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start a career in project delivery in a hands‑on way.

Main Duties

• Work with project delivery staff across projects and programmes.
• Learn about project initiation.
• Manage stakeholders.
• Manage risks.
• Monitor project progress and report.

Training & Qualifications

• Face‑to‑face masterclass sessions with a cohort of apprentices.
• Opportunity to gain the Association for Project Management (APM) Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ).
• Essential skills for application of number, digital literacy and communication as part of the apprenticeship.
