Responsibilities

  • Assisting the lead partner with the management of banking and finance transactions.
  • Drafting, review and negotiation of banking documentation.
  • Managing client deadlines and transaction delivery.
  • Legal and sector knowledge development.
  • Working closely with other teams to ensure that larger projects are delivered within the timeframes and budgets agreed.
  • Business development

Essential & Desirable Criteria

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Real estate finance experience
  • Outstanding academic credentials
  • Good organisational and drafting skills
  • Evidence of a keen interest in the practice area
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • Some property experience is desirable.
