Bedford | Full-Time | £30,000 – £38,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE up to £46k)

A well-established and fast-growing commercial service provider is looking for B2B Account Managers to join their vibrant renewals team in Bedford. You must be a proactive relationship builder with a knack for account management and client retention.

This is not a cold-calling role — you’ll be working with long-standing clients who already value the service, giving you a real platform to build strong, consultative relationships.

The Role

  • Managing a portfolio of existing business clients with policies up for renewal
  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs and secure renewal of services
  • Handling objections or competing quotes professionally and effectively
  • Ensuring all policy and client information is accurate and up to date
  • Identifying cross-sell or upsell opportunities and passing warm referrals to the sales team

Key Requirements

  • Experienced in account management, renewals, or B2B customer service
  • Skilled communicators, both written and verbal
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Commercially minded with the ability to spot and act on new opportunities
  • Energetic, motivated, and committed to delivering great service
