Join our team of dedicated Learning Mentors and provide invaluable one-on-one support to students who need that extra push to succeed!

Responsibilities

As a Learning Mentor, you will work closely with students to provide one-to-one support, guidance, and encouragement to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.

  • Ability to build rapport with young people
  • Strong desire to make a positive impact
  • Experience with behavior management techniques (preferred)

Qualifications

  • To be successful in this role, you\'ll need a genuine passion for supporting young people and a commitment to helping them reach their full potential.
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with young people, particularly those with additional needs or challenging behaviors (beneficial)
  • Understanding of safeguarding procedures in an educational setting
  • Digital literacy skills
  • Full driving license and access to transport (for some roles)

Education

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualification)
