We are looking for PhD students to act as Teaching Assistants for an exciting new portfolio of innovative Taught Postgraduate programmes and courses delivered by Edinburgh Futures Institute.
Edinburgh Futures Institute (EFI) has developed an ambitious and inventive PGT portfolio. It is highly interdisciplinary, forging new territory in student flexibility through a combination of online and offline teaching via an innovative delivery model that we call ‘fusion’ teaching, and a timetabling model based largely on 2-day intensive blocks of teaching. The portfolio aims to educate students for complex futures in which computational data, critical understanding and creative methods are essential to employability and the ability to take a confident place in the world.
The University of Edinburgh holds a Silver Athena SWAN award in recognition of our commitment to advance gender equality in higher education. We are members of the Race Equality Charter and we are also Stonewall Scotland Diversity Champions, actively promoting LGBT equality.
