Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as the driving force behind recruitment excellence, acting as a central expert and trusted thought partner to senior HR leaders and hiring managers globally. This role goes beyond traditional recruitment—it's about owning the hiring process, guiding managers strategically, and ensuring a seamless, high‑impact experience. By positioning IMI as an employer of choice, this partner plays a critical role in securing top talent to meet current needs and shape future success in an ever‑evolving landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the IMI recruiting strategy, including its unique selling proposition to differentiate from competitors and attract talent aligned with our culture and goals.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives by proactively sourcing candidates from underrepresented groups, building relationships with diverse talent pools, and ensuring an equitable hiring process to foster an inclusive workforce.
  • Build strong relationships with senior HR and business leaders to understand challenges and future needs, offering market strategies to target the right skills and qualifications. Use diverse tools and methods—job boards, events, networking, referrals, and partnerships with educational institutions and diversity organizations—to create a robust candidate pool.
  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for specialist and mid‑to‑senior roles, from defining ideal profiles and sourcing candidates to screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers and negotiations.
  • Design and refine hiring processes to ensure a seamless, positive experience for candidates while continuously evaluating and adapting recruitment strategies to remain competitive.
  • Track recruitment effectiveness through reporting on key metrics and build best‑in‑class talent acquisition processes. Contribute to sector and group‑wide HR projects as needed.

Critical Competencies for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field with 4‑6 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a recruiting agency or international corporate environment.
  • Proficient in full‑cycle recruiting, including usage of applicant tracking systems, and proactive candidate sourcing methods through platforms like LinkedIn. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate and collaborate effectively across a global, fast‑paced organization, balancing strategic and operational priorities.
  • Business‑fluent in English; additional European languages are highly desirable.
