Autism Teaching Assistant- Prescot Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious unqualified Teaching Assistant to join a Mainstream Primary School in Prescot, Liverpool to work with a child in Year 1 on a full-time basis starting in September. This role is 8:00am-3:30pm, and is a Temp to Perm position. You’ll be joining an inclusive and supportive school, focused on diversity and promoting a loving academic environment for their children. This is an exciting role for an experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential! What You’ll Be Doing in the Role: Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students Support the pupil consistently on a 1:1 basis whilst responding to their individual needs Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate Deliver catch-up sessions Essential Qualifications: Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.
