About the Role We are looking for a proactive and passionate Recruitment Advisor to join our HR team and help us attract, select, and onboard exceptional talent across the organisation. Responsibilities Deliver a robust, cost-effective, and timely recruitment and selection service across Silver Birch Care and its subsidiaries. Partner with hiring managers to manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from crafting compelling job adverts to final appointment. Actively reduce vacancies through innovative sourcing strategies, including social media campaigns, direct search, and talent pooling. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, external partners, and recruitment providers. Coach and support managers on recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and selection techniques. Ensure all recruitment and onboarding processes are compliant with company policies, GDPR, and safeguarding standards. Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track, manage, and report on recruitment activity. Promote Silver Birch Care’s employer brand at events, job fairs, and across professional networks. Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and documentation, including job descriptions and person specifications. Qualifications Experienced in recruitment — ideally within HR, education, or the care sector. CIPD-qualified or working toward a relevant HR qualification (desirable). Required Skills Skilled in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and working to tight deadlines. Confident using ATS systems and social media for candidate attraction. A great communicator with strong interpersonal and coaching skills. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively under pressure. Knowledgeable in current employment law, recruitment practices, and (ideally) UKVI sponsorship processes. Preferred Skills Experience in the care sector.
