What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and improve manufacturing documentation, tooling instructions, and inspection processes to keep production running smoothly.
  • Lead cross-functional projects that boost efficiency, quality, and reliability on the shop floor.
  • Use data, analysis, and lean techniques to uncover opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Explore new methods, automation technologies, and smarter layouts to enhance performance.
  • Support maintenance and tooling teams to ensure equipment is ready and reliable.
  • Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
  • Measure and report performance metrics, helping turn insights into tangible results.


What You’ll Bring

  • HND (or higher) in a mechanical or manufacturing discipline, plus strong CAD skills (SolidWorks experience a bonus).
  • Manufacturing engineering experience, ideally in aerospace or precision engineering.
  • A proven track record of delivering improvement projects that make a measurable difference.
  • Strong understanding of Lean tools such as DMAIC, 5 Whys, and 8D.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with people across all levels and departments.
  • Skilled in ERP/MRP systems, data analysis, and technical documentation.
  • Analytical, curious, and driven by results – someone who takes ownership and follows through.
