An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Research Laboratory Technician Team Leader to join the Liverpool Vaccine Group (LVG) within the Human Challenge Facility (HCF). This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of laboratory operations, supporting a portfolio of controlled human infection studies and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality research services.
As the primary point of contact for a team of laboratory technicians, you will oversee staff capacity, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and sample management, while contributing to the development of laboratory processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
