Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job brief to onboarding, for roles across the organisation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide expert recruitment advice.
  • Utilise multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to attract top talent.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess suitability for specific roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activity to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A successful Talent Acquisition should have:
  • Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process within an in-house or agency environment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and direct outreach.
  • A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
