Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid (minimum 3 days in the office)

Salary: Up to £60k

We’re looking for a highly motivated and technically strong finance professional to take ownership of financial reporting across our Group and subsidiaries.

About the Role

As Financial Reporting Manager, you’ll lead the preparation and delivery of Group consolidated and subsidiary statutory accounts, and ensure a robust control environment across the finance function. You’ll also manage and mentor a small team, while working closely with external auditors and tax advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of IFRS Group statutory accounts (full-year and half-year) and UK GAAP subsidiary accounts
• Manage and support the external audit process for the Group
• Collaborate with external tax advisors to prepare annual tax returns
• Produce accurate, timely monthly management accounts for the Group and subsidiaries
• Provide leadership to a small team of direct reports (2 Assistant Management Accountants)
• Implement and enhance financial control processes across the function
• Act as a key finance business partner across departments, offering insights to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation

What We’re Looking For

• ACA or ACCA qualified accountant
• Solid experience with audits, statutory accounts preparation and financial systems
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP, including group consolidations
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities
