Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers with a smile, assisting with their needs, and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
• Perform a variety of tasks including cashier duties, fitting room assistance, backroom support, and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.
• Participate in learning and development programs to grow skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve shared goals.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Support cashier duties, fitting rooms, backroom operations, and store cleanliness.
• Engage in training opportunities to develop capabilities.
• Work as part of a team to meet store objectives.
