Overview

Talent Business Partner to join a well established charitable client. Based in Cheadle on a hybrid basis (2-3 days in office). Reports to the Senior Talent BP and manages a Talent Partner. You’ll be part of a successful HR function and drive collaboration during a period of growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Stakeholders across the business and lead workforce planning across multiple departments.
  • Manage and develop a Talent Partner, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Analytics and data mapping – reporting and action planning.
  • Collaborate with wider L&D and HR BP teams focusing on succession, future talent, internal mobility and retention.
  • Support and oversight of the operational recruitment process managed by Talent Partners.
  • Develop processes and systems to improve performance.

The successful candidate

  • Strong Talent Business Partner with in-house experience ideally.
  • Experience partnering senior leaders in developing recruitment strategies.
  • People management experience and a passion for people development.
  • Experience within a safeguarding environment ideally.
  • Forward thinking with a collaborative approach and a focus on development.
