Talent Acquisition Partner | £45,000 per annum plus 12% bonus scheme

The modern Talent Acquisition Partner is a strategic, data-driven, tech-enabled force, partnering closely with the business to shape its future workforce. As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Center Parcs, you will proactively support and drive key hiring opportunities to build a more inclusive workforce. Based in one of our villages, you will also lead key projects for the wider company and be part of a community of practice, driving change in recruiting and onboarding practices.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Workforce Planning – Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and translate them into hiring plans that align with growth strategies
  • Candidate Sourcing – Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals)
  • Employer Branding – Develop and maintain the company’s reputation as an employer of choice through content creation, social media, and candidate experience
  • Assessment and Selection – Use data-driven methods to evaluate candidates, including structured interviews, skills assessments, and behavioral evaluations
  • Market Intelligence – Research industry trends, benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies
  • Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives – Implement strategies to attract and hire diverse talent while reducing bias in the hiring process
  • Recruitment Technology Management – Leverage ATS, CRM tools, and AI-based solutions to streamline recruitment
  • Data Analytics – Track and analyse recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to continuously improve processes
  • Onboarding Coordination – Work with the People Team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

  • Proven track record of building hiring strategies that move business goals
  • Energy to tackle talent sourcing in competitive markets
  • Ability to build genuine relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience with modern recruitment technology and willingness to experiment with new tools and ways of working
  • Ability to tell the story of why someone should join our company
  • Comfort diving into data to understand what’s working in the recruitment process
  • Experience managing multiple complex hiring processes across all levels, from entry to senior leadership
  • Passion for inclusive hiring practices and diverse perspectives
  • Ability to source passive candidates and build pipelines with leadership input
  • Excitement to shape how we attract and hire the next generation of our team
  • Commitment to candidate experience throughout the process
  • Willingness to be the face of our company to external talent markets

Working pattern and role details

This is a full-time position designed to support operational needs and work-life balance. Our team typically collaborates during core hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
