Job Description

Overview

Are you a digital-savvy communicator with a passion for creative content and data-driven marketing? We’re looking for a proactive, organised Marketing & Communications Executive to help shape how the college is perceived by its key stakeholders. If you’ve got a sharp eye for content, a knack for analysing data, and the confidence to managing multi-channel campaigns — this could be your next move.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, creative team working across the full marketing mix, with a strong focus on improving and creating content for our websites and digital platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating and improving website content to support recruitment and engagement
  • Using analytics tools to track performance and optimise campaigns
  • Writing creative copy for web, email and print
  • Supporting paid and organic social media campaigns
  • Helping plan and deliver digital and in-person events
  • Contributing to video and email marketing projects

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence to create content for web
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple projects
  • A can do approach to work

Bonus points if you’ve:

  • Used GA4, Microsoft Clarity or similar tools to report on campaign success
  • Managed or improved website content for SEO and user experience
  • Worked on student recruitment or education-focused campaigns

Your experience matters — but your mindset matters more.

If you’re organised, curious, and ready to grow in a role that blends creativity with strategy, we want to hear from you. Whether you’ve got a year’s experience or transferable skills from another field, tell us why you’re the right fit for the role.

You can access a wide range of discounts and benefits including a cycle-to-work scheme, free on-site parking, 35 days holiday plus bank holidays, time off at Christmas and early finishes on a Friday.

The closing date for applications is 17th October 2025.
