What You’ll Be Doing
- Building New Business
- Proactively contacting businesses via phone and face-to-face to identify recruitment opportunities.
- Sourcing and Managing Candidates
- Writing job adverts, screening CVs, interviewing candidates, and building strong talent pipelines.
- Managing the Recruitment Process
- Matching candidates to roles, coordinating interviews, handling offers, and ensuring a smooth hiring journey for both parties.
- Maintaining Relationships
- Building and nurturing long-term partnerships with clients and candidates alike.
- Working to Targets
- Hitting individual and team KPIs in a fast-paced, performance-led environment.
