What You’ll Be Doing

• Building New Business
• Proactively contacting businesses via phone and face-to-face to identify recruitment opportunities.
• Sourcing and Managing Candidates
• Writing job adverts, screening CVs, interviewing candidates, and building strong talent pipelines.
• Managing the Recruitment Process
• Matching candidates to roles, coordinating interviews, handling offers, and ensuring a smooth hiring journey for both parties.
• Maintaining Relationships
• Building and nurturing long-term partnerships with clients and candidates alike.
• Working to Targets
• Hitting individual and team KPIs in a fast-paced, performance-led environment.
