Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve and deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers. Responsibilities include:

• Using expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers.
• Assisting retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
• Supporting various store departments (e.g., operating cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shop floor, building visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Using knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Informing consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Improving knowledge via our tools and training courses to stay up to date and seek insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Requirements include customer service and/or retail experience preferred, effective communication, brand ambassador, and collaborative teamwork skills, and demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.

Availability requirements include being flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs. This is a seasonal part-time role.
