Responsibilities

• Drive growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and exceed targets in Edinburg and the Rio Grande Valley, TX.
• Identify opportunities through in-depth market research and competitor analysis tailored to the Edinburg market.
• Lead and mentor the sales team by providing training, coaching, and guidance to maximize performance and productivity.
• Optimize results by tracking and analyzing sales metrics, making data-driven adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.

• Proven ability to build trust and lasting relationships with diverse clients
• Excellent communicator with strong active listening skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Fast learner, adaptable to new technologies and tools
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with open availability
