Retail Assistant role at Merlin Entertainments.

Role and Location

Position: Retail Host/ Retail Assistant. Location: Warwick Castle, with retail units across 64 acres including Pageant Field, the Peacock Garden and Central Courtyard.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests and provide a warm, welcoming service.
• Keep the shop fully stocked and well-presented; assist guests with queries and product recommendations.
• Help guests find items, answer questions, and contribute to achieving daily revenue targets while delivering world-class customer service.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous retail experience is required.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills.
• Passion for the Merlin brand.
• Keen eye for detail and clear communication with guests and colleagues.

Pay & Term

Pay Range: GBP £12.31/Hr.

This is a fixed-term, part-time position contracted until Sunday 4 January 2026. Shifts vary from a minimum of 5 hours to 40 hours per week. Requires good availability, including term time, school holidays, weekends and bank holidays. Evening shifts available around Halloween and Christmas.
