Supervising Social Worker - Outtanding Ofsted

Salary: 34,000 - 39,000 + 3,400 car allowance + benefits
Location: Hybrid (Leeds office / home working)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

An Independent Fostering Agency, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, is seeking a dedicated Supervising Social Worker to join them on a permanent basis, in Yorkshire.



Responsibilities of the Supervising Social Worker:

  • Support and supervise foster carers, ensuring safe, nurturing homes for children and young people.

  • Monitor placements, complete assessments, and contribute to reviews and panels.

  • Provide supervision, training, and ongoing development for foster carers.

  • Work closely with local authorities and children's networks to achieve positive outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker

  • Experience in fostering
