The role will involve handling day-to-day tasks, working closely with colleagues to ensure financial records are accurate and compliant with policies and procedures.nAbout the Finance Officer RolenThis role will involve:nInteracting with suppliers, customers and internal departments regarding financial mattersnProcessing supplier invoices, reconciling statements and responding to queries.nManaging mailbox traffic
prioritising and organising the flow of emails, ensuring urgent and important communications are addressed promptly.nSupporting weekly and month-end processes and maintaining accurate financial records and filing systemsnBuilding strong working relationships to support the delivery of timely financial services.nYour ExperiencenSuccessful candidates will need:nEssential :nPrevious experience in an accounts or finance support rolenConfident working with numbers with an ability to spot errorsnWell organised, able to manage deadlines and handle multiple responsibilitiesnClear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Teams.nBasic accounting knowledge
