Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll be the trusted partner who brings insight, innovation, and impact to every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and securing exceptional talent.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for leadership and central function roles.
  • Partner with senior leaders, people business partners, and hiring managers, providing data-driven insights and workforce planning strategies.
  • Leverage market intelligence to anticipate hiring needs and shape attraction strategies.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and drive initiatives to diversify our workforce.
  • Reduce agency reliance through strong direct sourcing and employer brand visibility.
  • Represent us at career fairs, universities, and professional events to attract the best talent.
  • Coach and upskill hiring managers in effective and inclusive recruitment.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or senior-level recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience in workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
  • A track record of embedding inclusive recruitment practices and building diverse teams.
  • Analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tech, and recruitment marketing tools.
