Rate: £14.00 | Hours: Guaranteed Hours Each Week

Responsibilities

• Report to the Head Housekeeper and support the housekeeping team in day-to-day operations.
• Check rooms to company standard and work to improve productivity and efficiency of room cleaning.
• Analyse guest data to plan resources and materials required to meet operational requirements.
• Maintain strong working relationships with the General Manager, hotel team, housekeeping team, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and best practice.
• Identify ways to improve guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Policy, keep work areas neat and well organised, and follow COSHH/Manual Handling guidelines.
• Recruit, train, manage and monitor team performance daily/weekly.
• Deliver and exceed financial targets; manage expenditure and payroll to ensure budgets are met.
• Participate in training to improve skills and performance; solve routine on-the-job challenges.

Qualifications and experience

• Previous experience in a housekeeping environment preferred.
• Ability to deliver a consistent level of service in a challenging environment.
