We’re working with a leading civil engineering company looking to appoint a motivated Technical Sales Engineer or Sales Manager to drive growth in the South Wales area. As Technical Sales Engineer, you’ll manage and develop client relationships across South Wales, providing tailored ground engineering solutions to the built environment sectors. You’ll take ownership of the sales cycle from lead qualification to project design, quotation, and closing deals. This is a hands-on, field-based role where building trust with homeowners and professional stakeholders is key.
