Senior Social Media & PR Account Manager

A leading PR & communications agency is looking for a strategic and creative Senior Account Manager to manage and deliver campaigns for some major consumer brands.

In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel communications across social media and PR.

What you’ll do:

  • Create standout content — from social posts and scripts to case studies and proposals
  • Manage campaign delivery: timelines, budgets, internal teams
  • Advise clients on channel strategies across digital, social, and traditional platforms
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and use insights to optimise results
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to account growth
  • Support pitches and proposals with strategic thinking and creative input

What you’ll bring:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience as an Account Manager within a marketing or communications agency
  • Proven experience managing PR and social campaigns for consumer brands
  • Ability to manage workflow and support and mentor a team
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills
  • Solid knowledge of the UK media and digital landscape
  • Strong project management skills and highly organised
