About the Role

As Nursing Manager, you will oversee the clinical team and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance across all trial activities. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing staff, coordinating trial delivery, and maintaining excellence in patient experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of research nurses and healthcare professionals
  • Ensure clinical trial protocols are followed with precision and integrity
  • Maintain regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP, MHRA, SOPs)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise trial delivery
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff
  • Champion patient safety, dignity, and comfort throughout the trial journey


Qualifications & Experience

  • Registered Nurse with active NMC registration
  • Proven leadership experience in clinical or research settings
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and GCP
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for innovation and patient-focused care
