Oxford High School GDST is seeking an innovative, strategic and brand-aware Creative Content & Digital Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns and digital content that build visibility, drive attendance at key admissions events, and strengthen our position as a leading voice in girls’ education.
This is a pivotal role in a fast-paced team; one that ensures our brand, voice, and ethos are consistently and confidently expressed across every channel. You’ll bring Oxford High’s bold values to life through content that inspires prospective families, engages our community, and enhances our national and regional profile.
You will lead on campaign delivery and content creation across digital platforms, from shaping a sixth form video series, to writing messaging for an open event, to producing bite-size social media reels that showcase what makes Oxford High School fearless, inclusive and future-ready.
This role is office based in a fast-paced environment and is ideal for someone who is comfortable working as part of a dynamic team and working independently, taking the initiative to identify solutions and improvements.

Hours: Full-time or Term Time + 4 weeks
Salary: £41,000 per annum
