As part of their strategic growth agenda, a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to help shape and drive forward their people strategy in line with wider business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Reporting into the Head of HR, lead on the delivery of strategic and operational HR initiatives across a number of sites.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and development.
- Support and embed change programmes; act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, connecting people and operations to build a strong, engaged, and future-ready workforce.
Qualifications/Experience
- Forward-thinking HR professional with a strong generalist background and a proven track record of driving cultural and organisational change.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to work with stakeholders at all levels and navigate complex environments.
- Desirable: background in facilities management or fast-paced manufacturing; experience partnering leadership teams to improve business performance.
