Diss, Norfolk
£12.74 Per Hour 
Monday to Thursday 07:30am to 16:15pm
Friday 07:30am to 13:30pm
Temp to Perm
 
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accurately receive, inspect, and book in products, flagging any discrepancies.
  • Segregate defective items and ensure compliance with specifications through visual and physical checks.
  • Read mechanical drawings and use manual inspection tools (e.g. calipers, micrometers).
  • Maintain high standards of quality and organization with strong attention to detail.
  • Stock items correctly and manage documentation (delivery notes, certifications).
  • Operate ERP system (Infor M3) and keep records up to date.
  • Communicate effectively with production staff and drivers.
  • Support other areas of Stores & Logistics when needed.
Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong numeracy and manual handling experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
  • Commitment to 6S standards and company policies (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment).
Additional Requirements:
  • CMM inspection and forklift license preferred (training available).
  • Willingness to attend relevant training sessions and briefings.
