We are looking for a part-time HR Advisor to join our highly regarded Human Resources Team. This role is 30 hours per week over either 4 or 5 days.
As an HR Advisor, you will work closely with managers and staff across the organisation, offering pragmatic and timely guidance on everything from employee relations and recruitment to absence management and organisational change. This is a generalist HR role with the requirement to provide advice on a range of subject areas within the HR remit.
This is an opportunity to contribute to HR initiatives within the HR service area and corporately across the organisation, while providing expert advice and support across a wide range of employment matters.
