Day-to-day tasks may include piling operations, crane operation, welding and fabrication, general site preparation, installation work, and boat operations.nThe ideal candidate will have experience in some of the above areas and a willingness to learn and upskill through structured training. You must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and be confident working on or around water. The role offers long-term career progression with training available in areas such as NVQs in Piling, welding & fabrication, crawler crane operation, boat handling, and various site certifications (NPORS, CPS, etc.).nOn offer here is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a multi-skilled, hands-on marine civils role with long-term progression into supervisory positions.nThe Role:nMarine-based Civil Engineering projects (e.g. flood defences, moorings, bank restorations)nSite-based work including piling, crane ops, welding/fabrication & general construction tasksnTemp-to-perm opportunity with structured training & progression routes availablenBased in Henley-on-Thames
