This role is an Associate TD&L Digital and Instructional Designer, supporting the design and development of engaging digital content for internal teams and client-facing initiatives. This is ideal for an early-career professional building expertise in instructional design and digital learning development.
Role Purpose
As demand grows for high-quality digital learning experiences, this associate-level role will support designing and developing digital learning content, working closely with experienced team members and stakeholders. It provides a solid foundation in instructional design and digital content creation, with opportunities to evolve into more strategic responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing digital learning materials such as eLearning modules, onboarding content, video creation, and interactive guides.
- Support the instructional design process by applying learning design principles and collaborating with subject matter experts.
- Use digital authoring tools (e.g., Talent LMS, Articulate, Canva, Synthesia, video creation, PowerPoint) to create visually engaging and accessible content.
- Ensure all learning materials are high quality and branded consistently.
- Contribute to learning experiences that support leadership, communication, and performance enablement.
- Help maintain and update the digital learning library and internal knowledge-sharing platforms.
- Assist with the administration and management of the Learning Management System.
- Participate in team meetings, feedback sessions, and project planning.
- Occasionally deliver training to internal colleagues, including virtual instructor-led training via MS Teams and in-person sessions.
Skills & Experience
- Experience or academic background in instructional design, digital learning, education, or a related field.
- Familiarity with learning design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and digital learning tools.
- Experience using/maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Strong written and visual communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from others.
- Ability to manage time effectively and contribute to multiple projects.
- Experience delivering training virtually and face-to-face.
