Job Title: Graphic Designer

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum

Location: Bolton (Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day from home)

About the Company

I am working with a leading sporting goods manufacturer renowned for their innovation and collaboration with professional athletes. With an expanding product range and exciting projects in the pipeline, they are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their creative team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented designer to focus primarily on packaging design, while also contributing to digital projects such as website graphics and social media content.

You will work closely with sports players to develop innovative ideas and concepts for new products and packaging, ensuring designs are both visually striking and true to the brand’s identity.

You will be part of a close-knit design team of three—a Senior Designer, Junior Designer and Graphic Designer—reporting directly to the Head of Product & Design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create compelling designs for packaging, digital and print materials.
• Develop design concepts, graphics and layouts in line with brand guidelines and target audiences.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions where necessary.
• Carry out product photography of assets when required.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to deliver high-quality designs.

About You

• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and digital design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Experience working in sports, lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
