Job Description

Halliwell Jones is looking for a BMW & MINI New Car Retail Sales Manager.

Your role

Your Responsibilities:

  • To manage profitability and financial administrative duties for BMW & MINI vehicle sales, while ensuring appropriate and adequate coverage within the centre.
  • To achieve agreed financial sales targets for new car sales and finance income, in line with defined operating and financial guidelines, including profit-generating products.
  • To adhere to policies and procedures required to ensure all sales objectives are achieved efficiently and on time, with specific responsibility for the Retention strategy.
  • To review and update the CRM Portal daily, using Drive to allocate settlement requests and end-of-terms to the relevant Sales Executive, in consultation with the Sales Manager.
  • To take secondary responsibility for the enquiry management process, ensuring it is consistently followed in the absence of the Sales Manager.
  • To be responsible for the profit margin on each vehicle sale in the absence of the Sales Manager.
  • To comply with all financial regulations and FCA requirements.

  • Knowledge of financial packages, accessories and insurance products.
  • Excellent customer service and organisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills. Reliable and focussed.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • Experience communicating with Senior Management.
  • Ability to work weekends and bank holidays.
  • Knowledge of Drive and Word package IT experience.
