Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join them on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies in a range of departments including Sales, Account Management and Customer Support across the UK and Ireland.nOur client is situated in Crewe and do have a 5 day a week office working policynYour responsibilities day to day will benOrganise end-to-end recruitment activity for our volume roles; including posting job adverts, screening candidates, arranging interviews and delivering offers.nBuilding candidate talent pools and shortlist suitable candidates to hiring managers.nActively source candidates for our vacancies using job boards, networking, social media and other methodsnEffectively manage the recruitment stages with all candidates, including feedback, offer and facilitation of the onboarding process, to build a positive employer brand.nWork closely with hiring managers and departmental directors by holding regular catch up and feedback sessions to understand their recruitment requirements and influence them on recruitment decisions.nWhat do we expect of you?nPrevious experience within agency recruitment (volume hiring experience would be an advantage)nPro-active approach to recruiting via direct methods.nGood communication skills, both written and verbal.nOrganised with ability to prioritise workload effectively with flexibility to adjust to changing needs.nWillingness to work collaboratively with your peers to deliver on group targets.nWhat can you expect of us?nA friendly culture that mirrors our proposition to our customers.nA fast-growing organisation that defines itself as being agile and innovativenA drive for continuous improvement, which you will be empowered to get behind from day one.nA commitment to building a working environment that values inclusivity, innovation, agility, and drivenAnd of course, you will be compensated competitively along with a monthly commission scheme and a good range of core benefits
