We are looking for an authentic and driven Housekeeping Team Leader (Full Time) to join us at Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel and embrace your unique, best self to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections!

As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will:

Requirements:

• Availability to work 40 hours per week
• Experience in hotel cleaning, such as a room attendant or public areas cleaner
• Ability to handle guest queries and complaints
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Leadership qualities: fairness, respect, and support for management
• Responsibility for cleanliness in assigned areas
• Performance management of team members
• Reporting maintenance issues
• Mentoring and training staff to meet quality standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Adherence to legal and safety regulations
