Job Description

Overview

The Designia Program is a 9-month, sales-oriented program designed to develop professionals in Architecture and Interior Design. Participants will learn about our business through formal training (hard and soft skills), on-the-job development initiatives, and interactions with sales managers in an international environment. The program is guided by Country Managers / Regional Directors and sponsored by two sales executives.

What we are looking for

  • Recent graduates in Architecture & Design; other degrees valued if the candidate shows strong appetite and some experience selling high-design products and/or upscale services.
  • Clear interest in developing a sales & business professional career.
  • Willingness to relocate within EMEA and NA. Solid communication skills, curiosity to learn, team spirit, commitment and energy to lead projects.
  • Fluency in English. Proficiency in any other European language is valued.
  • No formal working experience required, though any experience in Sales & Customer Attendance is valued.

Program structure and start

The program starts in October 2025 and runs through June 2026. The first two weeks take place at our headquarters in Almería with in-class training. Afterward, participants begin on-the-job training in their locations, with additional online training activities throughout the program. Participants work on a specific project to present and defend in front of Senior Leadership.

End of program

Upon completion, a permanent sales role within our Centers across EMEA and NA may be offered.
