Overview

Full-Time Personal Trainer / Coach – Square One Gym (Wimborne, Dorset)

Square One Gym is growing, and we’re looking for our next coach to join the team.

This is not your typical PT role. We’re an exciting, fast-growing company that’s redefining fitness experiences for people who may not feel like there’s a space for them. As part of our team, you’ll deliver exceptional Small Group Personal Training sessions, creating a supportive environment where every member feels confident and successful.

We’ll provide training and ongoing development - we pride ourselves on professionalising careers in the fitness industry and helping our coaches grow, not just as trainers but as people.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver fun, challenging, and educational small group personal training sessions.
  • Personalise coaching to each member’s needs and abilities.
  • Support with planning and session preparation.
  • Contribute to the smooth running and high standards of our “showroom-style” gym.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Expectations

  • Level 3 Personal Training qualification (essential).
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Coachable, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
