The Role

We are seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel, ideally with 3–4 years’ PQE, to support the General Counsel and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business. This is a broad in-house role offering exposure to a wide range of legal and operational matters in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across commercial contracts, supplier relationships, and partnership agreements.
• Assist with compliance and regulatory matters, including risk and data protection.
• Act as a liaison with key external service providers.
• Support internal teams on complaints, governance, and occasional litigation.
• Contribute to the development of legal frameworks and internal policies.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified solicitor with a commercial law background, ideally gained in private practice or in-house.
• 3–4 years’ PQE preferred, with experience in regulated or fast-paced sectors advantageous.
• Strong communication, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
