Overview

My client is a highly-regarded regional practice with an excellent reputation for the quality of its client base and the lawyers they employ. As the firm enters an exciting growth phase, a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced banking lawyer to join its team in Oxford, advising clients on a range of finance matters as part of the wider business services group.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on a broad range of finance matters, including acquisition finance, property finance, asset-based lending (ABL), restructuring and corporate banking matters.
  • Act as part of the wider business services group, contributing to the growth and success of the team.

Qualifications

  • Typically 5+ years’ PQE or equivalent (indicative). PQE should be taken as indicative and does not preclude applicants with other levels of experience who can demonstrate the necessary skill-set and supervisory requirements.
  • Ability to act as a banking all-rounder, handling a diverse range of work.
