About Us

Stellar Consultants is the newest part of the Stellar Group, alongside Stellar Engineering - a design company working across renewables, oil & gas, pharma, semiconductor and water industries. This new arm of the business is focused on building strong consultant services within the engineering sector and we’re looking for the right person to help drive its growth.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Marketing Manager to play a key role in developing and expanding Stellar Consultants. This is a varied role that combines recruitment, marketing, and business development, with opportunities to represent the company at industry events and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment activity for engineering professionals: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage marketing activities including social media campaigns, digital branding, and promotional material.
  • Represent Stellar Consultants at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
  • Support client engagement and assist with proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment and/or marketing in a professional setting.
  • Knowledge of the engineering industries (essential).
  • Strong communicator with excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to progress within a growing group of companies.

What We Offer

  • Salary: £35,000–£45,000, depending on experience.
