Full Time Social Media Video Editor - In House

With a focus on short-form media platforms like Instagram and TikTok, we have reached over 36 million people this year alone.

Under the umbrella of 'Pade' there are 2 companies all within the same niche focusing on driving leads from content filmed in-house.

We are seeking a Social Media Content Editor to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for editing daily filmed content into engaging short-form videos that drive traffic to our website & Apps. Learning from our growing team with proven social media virality knowledge, you will play a crucial role in growing our brand presence and generating views for multiple social media accounts.

• Editing Engaging Content: Transform daily filmed videos into compelling short-form content with a strong hook, engaging body, and clear call-to-action.
• Content Adaptation: Convert longer-form videos into impactful short-form pieces suitable for social media platforms.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the team to brainstorm new video styles and make sure these are executed on time.
• Analytics Integration: Utilize our internal analytics to inform editing strategies and enhance content performance.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.

• Social Media User: Be an avid user of platforms such as TikTok & Instagram – this is crucial to knowing the fast-changing dynamic of short-form content.
• Experience: Proven experience in editing short-form content, particularly for social media platforms.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Creative Flair: Ability to craft videos that are attention-grabbing and drive engagement.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to editing, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable interpreting data to inform content strategies.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, creativity, and a collaborative spirit.
