Job Description

Working with the catering team and alongside management, you will focus on leveraging your team members' strengths and maximizing their abilities across various catering units within the theme park.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the catering team across the theme park and hotel.
  • Maintain good organisational and communication skills.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Hygiene legislation, COSHH, and health & safety requirements in catering.
  • Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain high standards of record keeping.
  • Handle practical catering and cleaning responsibilities.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and preparation.
  • Promote staff performance and development.

Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum of one year of experience in a catering-led environment.
