Overview

Daily/Hourly Rate: Up to £450 per day

I am looking to recruit a temporary resource to support my clients Avaya telephone system.

Mandatory Proficiencies and Competencies

  • Profound expertise in Avaya Site Administrator v6, including the capability to proficiently manage and modify over 50 IVR call flows through command-line operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Avaya Communication Manager CM6.3.
  • Proficiency in Avaya CMS Supervisor v19.
  • Familiarity with Avaya Workforce Engagement Management (WEM).

Responsibilities

Precise Responsibilities will Encompass:

  • Oversee and govern more than 50 call flows to align with business service requirements.
  • Supervise and set up user profiles and licenses as necessary.
  • Address and resolve incidents, or escalate them when appropriate.
  • Demonstrate the capability to collaborate with service partners, key business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers.
