Director of Food & Beverage - Luxury Hotel, Cotswolds

Are you a visionary F&B leader with a passion for excellence and a flair for guest experience? We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to take the helm of a luxury hotel’s multi-outlet F&B operation, delivering world-class service across its restaurants, bars, and in-room dining.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading by example – setting the tone for service excellence across all F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, and
  • in-room dining.
  • Coaching and developing a large, diverse F&B team – from junior team members to senior HODs – with clear goals, ongoing feedback, and tailored development plans
  • Working hands-on with your team to ensure every guest experience reflects five-star standards, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Creating a strong internal culture that champions accountability, communication, and pride in performance
  • Collaborating cross-departmentally to ensure F&B plays a central role in the hotel’s wider guest journey
  • Using data and guest feedback to continuously refine and raise the level of service delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven senior-level F&B leadership experience within a luxury hotel or resort environment
  • A strong commercial mindset and understanding of revenue and cost management
  • Impeccable guest service standards and a hands-on, people-first leadership style
  • Experience in managing a large team and multi-outlet operations
  • A passion for food, drink, and innovation – always pushing for something better
